Wonderful kindling tool!

I asked my boyfriend to pick up a bag of kindling for me and he came home with an axe instead. I wish he had come home with The Beaver Lever. For the first time I was able to fill my kindling bucket and it only took me about an hour to fill it (big ash bucket I use to hold the kindling). It did take a little getting use to, to get a good rhythm going. First time I tried it use it was in the house by the fireplace. I'm guessing it's cause of the wood I was using but I did find that it still made a bit of a mess. I also found it easier to use on the table out in my shed instead of on the floor but that's just cause I don't find the floor very comfortable. I'm not very comfortable with an ax but I am with the Beaver Lever and I think it will make dealing with the wood stove easier this winter! Shiloh
When I was a kid I just about took my thumb off with a hatchet cutting kindling. I've hating cutting kindling ever since. Then one day I met Nathan and he told me about the Beaver Lever. I'd seen similar things before, but the design of this one is far superior. Making kindling with the Beaver Lever is fast, easy and safe. I highly recommend this product and Nathan is great to deal with. John
Just a quick note to let you know we cut 4 cord of wood for this winter, and used your tool to make kindling for the whole winter. My husband did all the kindling in 2 hours. He loves it. It was a wonderful gift.! It would have taken him a week to do the same by hand with an axe. Margaret
We have owned a Beaver Lever for two seasons and are extremely happy with it. The Beaver Lever
is ideal when starting that morning fire and you find yourself needing some additional kindling. You don’t have to put your coat and boots on and head out into the snow to split wood. The Beaver Lever has been trouble free, allowing us to split wood on our pine flooring, with no damage to the floor. We store the Beaver Lever beside our wood stove where the carbon steel construction fits in well with the other wood
stove implements. We highly recommend this product for anyone with an indoor wood
stove or fireplace.

My name is Mike and I am 50 years old. I love the outdoors. Whether it be hiking or camping it feels good to be outside. And being outside at night usually involves a bonfire. I've been lighting fires in woodstoves or fire pits for many years, and I'm pretty good at it. I saw an advertisement for a device called "The Beaver Lever" one day and I knew that it would make my passions easier to fulfill.
Kindling is a must to start a good fire. With The Beaver Lever the job is off to a good start. No more using a hatchet or the axe to make kindling. No more holding that large piece of wood with one hand and hoping my aim with the hatchet in my other hand is true!! Even better, if I'm at work my wife or kids can use the Beaver Lever and I can rest assured they won't hurt themselves doing it.
The rugged design of this device is in my opinion is over-engineered. It is strong and durable. It's also fun to use. I have lots of kindling set aside for future use. Which is a good thing because my neighbour is always asking for some!
The Beaver Lever folds and stores away easily too.
My thanks to the designers of this device. I recommend The Beaver Lever.
